Opening Hours 

The UNSW Psychology Clinic is currently open for Telehealth services for therapy clients on the following days:

Tuesdays 9am - 5pm

Wednesdays 8am - 5pm

Thursdays 8am - 5pm

Fridays 8am - 4pm

If you need urgent assistance during this time please contact The Mental Health Line on 1800 011 511 (24 hours), speak to your GP for a referral to another service, or call 000 for emergencies.



The Psychology Clinic is located on the 8th floor of the Mathews Building on the Kensington campus of the University of New South Wales. The campus map reference is F23. The building's entry plaza and lifts are located atop the steps on the Northeast corner of the building, on Chancellery Walk.

By Car 

Turn into the university via Gate 11 off Botany Street. A multi-level pay parking station is located on the left, with visitor parking on levels 5 and 6. Please note that parking at the university is very limited and requires registration with CellOPark

Once you've parked your car, login to your account via the CelloPark webpage or CellOPark App, select the Botany Street multi-level carpark zone and press 'start'. When you want to leave press 'stop' and payment will be charged directly to your card.

By Bus 

The UNSW Kensington Campus is serviced regularly by buses. If your bus stops along High Street, the best place to get off is at UNSW Gate 9. 

By Lightrail

The L2 Randwick Line includes 14 stops between Circular Quay and Randwick. The UNSW High Street stop is at Gate 9, near the corner of High Street and Wansey Road.
